I’m Jess Fairclough and I’m a Social Media Manager based in Cardiff, South Wales.
I set up Seren Social Media in 2021 having re-trained and completed a diploma in social media marketing, and a course in Facebook Ads.
Seren means 'star' in Welsh, and our aim here at Seren is to help make your socials shine!
I LOVE working with businesses on their social media and have experience in all sorts of industries - including charity, fashion, B2B, publishing and hospitality. Check out the brands I’ve worked with on my clients page!
Before starting my social media journey and setting up Seren, I worked in Head Office Retail Merchandising in London, Prague and Cardiff. The long hours of retail were no longer suited to my lifestyle and growing family so I took the big step to re-train. My career experience to date has been instrumental in making me a well-rounded social media manager - I have a solid knowledge of how product brands operate, I have a good eye for detail and have lots of experience in reporting and analysis.
